Cancel 7 full days or more prior to your scheduled 2:00 PM check-in date to receive a 100% full refund back to your original payment card.
Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund, or you may choose to convert 100% of your stay value into a credit voucher valid for 12 months.
Due to the intimate, 4-suite nature of our boutique hotel, reservations cancelled within 48 hours of check-in or failure to arrive are strictly non-refundable.
In the event of severe weather warnings officially issued along the southern coast of Sri Lanka, we provide complimentary date rebooking to any available dates within the same season.
